I have many titles but first and foremost I am a child of God. My life is centered around my spirituality and faith. It’s my faith that guides, leads and directs my path. It’s my faith that is the source of my strength which is where the vision of Faith Strong first began.I am happily married to my high school sweetheart (D’Mon Williams) and we have 3beautiful children (Kailyn, D’Mon Jr and Kyle). Being a wife and a mother fulfills one of my life’s purposes.

 

At an early age my beloved late father instilled in me that God and family come first. My family and I are extremely close and they have supported me on my journey to better myself physically, spiritually and mentally. I’m on a path to becoming a better version of me every day. I started my fitness journey 8 years ago where I joined a former CrossFit Community Program.

 

On top of that I began enjoying different ways to challenge my body including boxing, running and strength training. I began losing the weight from having my oldest child and even competed in my first competition. Although I was pleased with the initial weight loss I knew I had to commit to changing my lifestyle in order to completely transform my mind, body and spirit.

 

About 4 years ago I began a plant based diet and last year started nutritional guidance from a Macro Coach.It was at that point I felt my transformation came full circle.Through this transformation there has been triumphs and there has also been pitfalls.

 

There have been days I questioned myself and my progress and just wanted to give up...But God. God taught me that with my faith I can remain strong hence where FaithStrong originated.
